Job Role Overview & Importance

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned positions and project operational requirements. Work Permit Receivers will coordinate permit systems, communicate with safety departments, and ensure compliance with approved work procedures. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities, identify fire hazards, and respond quickly during emergency situations. Standby Men will assist in confined space operations, maintain communication with work teams, and support emergency safety procedures. General Helpers will handle material movement, cleaning, equipment support, and general labor tasks at the project site. All employees are expected to follow workplace safety standards and maintain professional discipline throughout project operations.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have previous experience in industrial, oil & gas, refinery, or construction projects within Saudi Arabia. Good understanding of industrial safety procedures, teamwork, and operational discipline is highly preferred. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working efficiently in demanding project environments.
