Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will assemble, dismantle, and inspect scaffolding structures according to approved safety standards and project requirements. Responsibilities include transporting scaffolding materials, securing platforms properly, checking structural stability, and ensuring safe access for workers at elevated locations. Scaffolders are also expected to follow workplace safety regulations, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain organized work areas during operations. Candidates must perform their duties carefully to prevent workplace hazards and maintain safe project conditions.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have previous experience working as scaffolders in industrial, construction, or oil & gas projects. Good understanding of scaffolding safety procedures, material handling, and work-at-height regulations is highly preferred. Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working efficiently in demanding project environments. Valid supporting documents and a valid Iqama are mandatory for this opportunity. Experienced candidates with strong safety awareness will be preferred.
