Job Role Overview & Importance

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will support lifting and rigging activities according to project operational requirements and industrial safety procedures. Responsibilities include inspecting lifting gear, securing loads properly, coordinating with crane operators and supervisors, guiding lifting operations safely, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards. Riggers are also expected to maintain workplace discipline, follow operational instructions, and support efficient project execution throughout the contract duration.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have previous experience working as riggers in industrial construction, refinery, or oil & gas projects within Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries. Candidates must possess valid supporting documents and a valid Iqama according to project requirements. Knowledge of industrial lifting operations, workplace safety procedures, and teamwork is highly preferred. Ajeer Chamber registration is mandatory for recruitment processing.
