Job Role Overview & Importance
Riggers and Tank Fitters play essential roles in refinery and industrial maintenance projects. Riggers are responsible for managing safe lifting operations, securing heavy loads, and coordinating with crane operators during equipment movement activities. Tank Fitters are involved in fitting, assembling, and maintaining industrial tanks and related structures within project sites. These positions are highly important because proper lifting operations and precise fitting work directly affect project safety, operational efficiency, and successful completion of maintenance activities in industrial environments.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected Rigger Level II and Level III candidates will inspect rigging tools, attach and secure loads properly, guide crane operators during lifting operations, and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. Responsibilities also include checking lifting accessories, monitoring load balance, and maintaining communication with supervisors during heavy lifting tasks. Tank Fitters will assist in assembling, repairing, and maintaining industrial tank structures while ensuring accurate fitting and alignment according to project specifications. All candidates are expected to follow workplace safety regulations, maintain discipline, and support project teams efficiently during operations.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants for Rigger positions must have at least four years of relevant experience and valid TUV certification. Previous experience in refinery, petrochemical, or shutdown projects within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. Tank Fitter candidates should possess practical industrial fitting experience and the ability to work professionally in demanding project environments. Candidates must provide complete project documents, including Chamber documents, updated CV, and original passport. Tank Fitter applicants are additionally required to provide Ajeer documentation.
