Job Role Overview & Importance
Tray Fitters and Helpers play important roles in industrial and construction projects by supporting installation and operational work at project sites. Tray Fitters are responsible for fitting and assembling cable trays and related structures used in industrial electrical systems, while Helpers assist workers and supervisors with material handling, cleaning, and general support duties. These positions are highly important because proper installation support and organized manpower directly contribute to smooth project execution and workplace productivity.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected Tray Fitters will perform cable tray installation, alignment, fitting, and maintenance work according to project specifications and industrial safety procedures. Responsibilities include handling tools, measuring installation points, supporting fabrication tasks, and coordinating with supervisors during project operations. Helpers will assist with material movement, site cleaning, equipment handling, and routine labor activities required by the project team. Both positions require following workplace safety regulations, maintaining discipline, and working efficiently within industrial project environments.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have previous experience in industrial or construction projects related to their respective roles. Tray Fitters should possess basic technical knowledge regarding cable tray installation and fitting work, while Helpers should be physically fit and capable of handling manual labor tasks. Candidates must provide complete project documentation, including original passport, valid Iqama Absher, Muqeem, Medical, Insurance, GOSI, and CR Copy. Candidates with Saudi Arabia project experience will be preferred for selection.
