Job Role Overview & Importance

Safety Officers help reduce operational risks, prevent workplace accidents, and ensure all activities follow approved safety procedures. Their role directly contributes to protecting workers, equipment, and project productivity while maintaining compliance with industrial safety regulations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will conduct routine safety inspections, monitor daily project activities, and ensure workers comply with approved safety procedures and Aramco regulations. Responsibilities include identifying workplace hazards, preparing safety reports, conducting toolbox talks, and implementing corrective actions where necessary. Safety Officers are also expected to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment, maintain safety documentation, and coordinate with supervisors to improve overall site safety performance. Candidates must be capable of responding effectively to safety concerns in industrial work environments.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should be Aramco-approved and possess previous experience working as Safety Officers in industrial, refinery, or oil & gas projects within Saudi Arabia. Strong understanding of occupational health and safety procedures, hazard identification, and emergency response systems is highly preferred.
