Job Role Overview & Importance
A Work Permit Receiver is responsible for coordinating permit-related activities and ensuring all operational work follows approved safety procedures before project execution begins. In industrial and construction environments, this role is highly important because proper permit management helps reduce workplace risks, improve operational safety, and maintain compliance with company regulations. WPR personnel serve as an important communication link between supervisors, workers, and safety departments to ensure smooth and organized project operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will coordinate with project supervisors and safety teams to obtain and manage work permits for daily operational activities. Responsibilities include verifying site conditions before work starts, checking safety compliance, maintaining permit documentation, and ensuring authorized work activities follow approved industrial procedures. WPR personnel are also expected to communicate safety instructions clearly, monitor ongoing work activities, and support project teams in maintaining workplace discipline and operational efficiency throughout the project duration.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Work Permit Receiver in industrial, maintenance, or construction projects within Saudi Arabia. Good understanding of permit systems, workplace safety regulations, and industrial operational procedures is highly preferred. Candidates must possess complete and valid project documents, including Iqama Copy, Passport Copy, Muqeem, Body Fitness Certificate, Insurance, and Updated CV. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work professionally under project conditions are important requirements for this position.
