Supervisors are responsible for coordinating workers, monitoring site progress, and maintaining quality and safety compliance throughout project operations. In construction and industrial environments, experienced civil supervisors help improve productivity, reduce operational delays, and ensure smooth communication between workers, engineers, and project management teams.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will supervise daily civil construction activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure work is completed according to technical drawings and project requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring workforce performance, inspecting work quality, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety procedures. Civil Supervisors are also expected to prepare progress updates, solve operational issues on-site, and maintain proper coordination with engineers and management teams during project execution.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have 8 to 15 years of Saudi Arabia experience in civil construction or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of civil site supervision, project coordination, workforce management, and construction safety standards is highly preferred. Candidates should possess leadership abilities, communication skills, and the capability to manage site activities professionally under project pressure. Previous experience in industrial or infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia will be considered a major advantage.
