Job Role Overview
Rigger Level III personnel are responsible for supporting and directing safe lifting operations on industrial and construction sites. They work closely with crane operators, supervisors, and safety teams to ensure loads are lifted, moved, and positioned according to approved procedures and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, and lifting equipment.
- Prepare and secure loads before lifting operations.
- Guide crane operators using standard hand signals.
- Ensure safe rigging practices are followed at all times.
- Conduct visual inspections of lifting gear.
- Coordinate with supervisors and safety personnel.
- Maintain compliance with project safety standards.
Skills & Experience
Preferred candidates should have:
- Experience in industrial or construction rigging operations.
- Knowledge of lifting plans and rigging equipment.
