Job Role Overview & Importance

General Helpers assist skilled workers and support material handling and worksite operations. Electricians are responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks that help maintain safe and reliable electrical systems. Painters support surface preparation and finishing work required for maintenance and project quality standards. Together, these roles contribute significantly to smooth operations, workplace efficiency, and successful project completion.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned positions and project operational requirements. Helpers will assist with material movement, housekeeping, and general workforce support activities. Electricians will handle electrical maintenance, installations, inspections, and troubleshooting according to safety and technical standards. Painters will perform surface preparation, coating, and finishing work to maintain project quality requirements. All workers are expected to follow workplace safety procedures, maintain discipline, and support efficient project operations throughout the contract duration.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have previous experience in construction, maintenance, industrial, or facility-related work within Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries. Electricians and Painters should possess relevant technical skills and operational knowledge related to their field. Candidates must possess valid supporting documents including Absher, Iqama, Muqeem, and Insurance according to project requirements. Physical fitness, teamwork, and workplace discipline are important for all positions.
