Introduction

Saudi Arabia’s industrial construction and oil & gas sectors continue to provide strong employment opportunities for skilled manpower across major operational projects. Industrial contractors regularly recruit experienced Work Permit Receivers (WPR) and rigging professionals to support safe project execution, lifting activities, and operational coordination. A new urgent recruitment campaign is now open for WPR, Rigger Level II, and Rigger Level III positions for industrial construction and operations projects in Saudi Arabia.

Job Role Overview & Importance

Work Permit Receivers and rigging professionals play essential roles in maintaining safe and organized industrial operations. WPR personnel manage permit systems, coordinate safety approvals, and ensure operational work follows approved procedures before execution begins. Rigger Level II and III personnel support lifting operations, material handling, and safe movement of industrial equipment according to approved rigging standards. These positions are highly important because they contribute directly to workplace safety, operational discipline, and efficient project completion.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned positions and project operational requirements. WPR personnel will coordinate permit documentation, verify workplace safety conditions, communicate with supervisors, and ensure operational compliance with industrial safety procedures. Riggers will inspect lifting equipment, secure loads properly, coordinate with crane operators, and support safe lifting and rigging activities on site. All employees are expected to follow workplace safety rules, maintain discipline, and support efficient project execution throughout the contract duration.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants should have previous experience working in refinery, industrial construction, or oil & gas projects within Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries. Candidates applying for WPR positions should possess strong knowledge of permit systems, industrial operations, and workplace safety standards.
