Job Role Overview & Importance

In Aramco and refinery projects, WPR personnel are responsible for maintaining workplace compliance, supporting safe operations, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow. This role is highly important because proper permit control helps prevent accidents, improves operational safety, and ensures disciplined project execution.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will handle permit-related responsibilities under the supervision of project and safety teams. Duties include verifying job site conditions before issuing permits, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining permit documentation, and monitoring ongoing work activities. WPR personnel are also expected to communicate safety requirements to workers, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure all operations are performed according to approved industrial procedures throughout the project duration.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Work Permit Receiver in industrial, oil & gas, or refinery projects within Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries.
