Job Role Overview & Importance

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned positions and project operational requirements. Road Marking Foremen will supervise marking crews, coordinate daily field activities, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with project standards and safety procedures. Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures, inspect scaffold stability, support elevated work operations, and follow industrial safety regulations at all times. All workers are expected to maintain workplace discipline, coordinate with supervisors, and support efficient project execution throughout the contract duration.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have previous experience working in industrial, refinery, construction, or infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries. Candidates applying for Scaffolder positions should preferably possess Aramco-related project experience and good knowledge of scaffolding safety standards. Applicants for the Road Marking Foreman role should demonstrate supervisory ability, workforce management skills, and experience in road marking operations. Relevant certifications, industrial experience, and complete supporting documents are highly preferred for both positions.
